I Hate Water Weight

Just wanted to write a post saying how much I hate waterweight. Over the weekend I definitely ate a lot more than 2000mg of sodium on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. On Monday before work, when I weighed myself I was 205.3. I freaked out. On Monday and Tuesday, I drank 48oz of lemon+mint water and have been peeing like every hour. Yesterday, I went to the gym and did a 35 minute sweaty elliptical workout. I also have been eating 3 hours before bed instead of just immediately before bed. Today (which is Wednesday), I weighed myself and I'm 201.6 Goes to show you that water weight is real. Don't freak out if you've been eating well and exercising, but the scales aren't budging. Drink water, sweat it out, and you'll probably be fine. In other words, just 1.5 pounds away from my 1st goal! :)
